Medical devices, sterile products, custom configurations and OEM orders may be subject to product-specific requirements. The terms confirmed in the applicable sales agreement, quotation or pro forma invoice take priority if they differ from this general policy.
If products arrive damaged, incorrect or apparently inconsistent with the confirmed specification, please contact us at 1812861293@qq.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include the order or invoice number, product name, quantity affected, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the products and packaging, and any relevant batch or lot information.

Unless required by applicable law or caused by a confirmed Baiying Medical error, the following products are generally not eligible for return:
Returned products will be inspected after receipt. Depending on the verified circumstances, we may approve a replacement, credit or refund. A refund is not based on a clinical outcome or on factors outside the product specification and our reasonable control.
When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the original payment channel or another method agreed in writing. Processing may take up to ten business days after inspection and approval, excluding time required by banks or payment providers.
Original shipping, insurance, customs duties, taxes, bank fees and handling charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping is normally the buyer's responsibility unless the return results from a confirmed manufacturing defect, shipping error or other responsibility accepted by Baiying Medical in writing.
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible. Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment if processing has not advanced beyond a recoverable stage. Custom, OEM or production orders may not be cancellable after materials have been purchased or manufacturing has begun, and documented costs may be deducted from any refundable amount.
