Weihai Baiying Medical Device Co., Ltd. supplies medical products to customers in China and international markets. This Shipping Policy explains our general approach to order preparation, transportation, delivery and customs responsibilities.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Shipping arrangements begin after the product specification, quantity, packaging, destination, payment terms and other required details have been confirmed. For custom or OEM orders, production and shipping schedules may also depend on artwork, sample or packaging approval.
Estimated production and dispatch times are provided in the quotation, pro forma invoice or order confirmation. Lead times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may vary based on order quantity, product availability, customization, quality inspection, regulatory documentation and carrier capacity.
Orders shipped within mainland China may be sent through suitable courier, road freight or other carriers based on the product, shipment size and destination. Charges and expected transit times are confirmed before dispatch where applicable.
International orders may be shipped by express courier, air freight, sea freight or another agreed method. The selected method depends on shipment volume, product requirements, destination, schedule and cost. Applicable Incoterms, freight responsibility and insurance arrangements should be confirmed in the sales documents.
Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipment's weight, dimensions, destination, service level, carrier, insurance and any special handling requirements. Unless included in the confirmed quotation, freight charges are payable by the buyer.
International shipments may be subject to import licenses, product registration requirements, customs duties, taxes, inspection fees or other charges in the destination country. Unless otherwise agreed under the applicable Incoterm or sales agreement, the buyer is responsible for confirming import eligibility and paying destination-country duties, taxes and clearance costs.
Commercial invoices, packing lists and available product or quality documents can be prepared according to the confirmed order. Please communicate any special documentation, legalization, labeling or consignee requirements before production or dispatch. Additional requirements may affect cost and lead time.
Transit times provided by carriers are estimates. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, inspections, weather, public holidays, transportation disruption, destination restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control. We will provide available tracking or shipment information and assist with reasonable follow-up when a delay occurs.
Please inspect the shipment and external packaging promptly upon delivery. Visible loss or damage should be noted with the carrier where possible. Report shortages, incorrect products or transportation damage to 1812861293@qq.com within seven calendar days, including photographs, the order number, packing details and affected quantities.
Confirm the consignee name, telephone number, address and customs information before dispatch. Address changes after shipment may not be possible and may result in additional charges. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery or failure to complete import clearance may be charged to the buyer.
Risk of loss and transfer of title are governed by the Incoterm and commercial terms stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase order or sales agreement.
